I am a native Houstonian and have been a member of the Resident Acting Company at the Alley Theatre for 15 seasons, appearing in a wide range of roles, including Officer O’Hara in Arsenic and Old Lace, Charles in The Clean House, Arthur in Love! Valour! Compassion!, Serge in Art, Miles Gloriosus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, among many others.

In addition to my work at the Alley Theatre, I have appeared in 40 productions for Theatre Under the Stars, including the National Tours of Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and Mame (starring Juliet Prowse).

I have also appeared in 10 productions for Casa Mañana in Ft. Worth, including roles as Rohna in Grand Hotel (with Cyd Charisse) and Col. Lockert in Dodsworth (with Hal Linden).

I have been in productions of many other theatre companies, as well, including the Houston Grand Opera (2), the Houston Ballet (1), Stages Repertory Theatre (2), Main Street Theater (2), Galveston Island Outdoor Musicals (4), Dallas Repertory Theatre (2), the Pennsylvania Ballet (1) and the Tulsa Ballet (1).

I have appeared with Jane Powell, Giorgio Tozzi, Robert Morse, Larry Kent, Ruth Buzzi, Alan Sues, Cyd Charisse, Cathy Rigby, Patrice Munsel, Ruta Lee, Hal Linden, Dee Hoty, Liliane Montevecchi, Gavin McLeod, John Schneider, Eddie Bracken, Lee Roy Reams, Roy Clark, Dixie Carter, Millicent Martin, Robert Goulet and Joanne Worley.

Important roles include Malvolio in Twelfth Night (Alley Theatre); Beverly Carlton in The Man Who Came to Dinner (Alley Theatre); Gavin in House and Garden (Alley Theatre); John Barrymore in I Hate Hamlet (Alley Theatre); Richard Greatham in Hay Fever (Alley Theater); Sgt. “Froggy” Le Seuer in The Foreigner (Alley Theater); Frederick in Noises Off (Alley Theater); Glenn in Rumours (Casa Mañana); Max Detweiler in The Sound of Music (Casa Mañana); Rohna in Grand Hotel (Casa Mañana and Theatre Under the Stars); Sterling in Jeffrey (Stages Repertory Theatre); and John Wilkes Booth in Assassins (Bayou City Concert Musicals).
